Our goal is to offer our clients the best possible relation quality - price in each of the services we offer. For this reason, we rely on a team of multidisciplinary experts in real estate advise and with important professional experience.

It's important to remember that we are a neutral party during the purchase process. We have no economic benefit whether the client buys the property in question or not, which is why our opinion will always be independent and objective.

We analyze the property in question from different points of view : economic, financial, technical and juridical; then we inform our clients of the results, giving our opinion and recommending the purchase or not. In case we do not have sufficient information to make a recommendation, or if the purchase depends only on the subjective opinion of the potential buyer, we will give a neutral recommendation.

Finally, it is also our aim that our services be affordable, this is why we offer our clients reports from 49 € (IVA not included).

ELABORATION OF REPORTS

The first step in the process of purchasing a house is locating the property we need and that really fits our search profile. Once found, select the report that interests you most and receive a second opinion about the object in question.

All the reports are made by an analyst who studies each case specifically.

The purpose of the reports is to give the applicant a second opinion about the property they are interested in. In no case should it be considered a valuation.

The content of the reports corresponds to the opinion of their authors and should always be considered an opinion, not implying any commitment or any legal obligation.

REVIEW OF CONTRACTS

If you are going to sign a contract it is always a good idea to have it checked by a professional. Our advisors have many years of experience in drafting and reviewing real estate related contracts.

OTHER SERVICES

Regarding financing we can help in locating the mortgage that best suits your needs, and lead you through the process in obtaining it in the bank.

The energy certificate is an official mandatory document that a property owner must obtain when they want to rent out or sell their property, and specifies the energy efficiency of the property in question.

When you are going to sell your property, one of the most important things that attract buyers is the image they get before visiting the property. Paying very little money for a professional photo session can be the best investment you make, and can contribute considerably to a quick sale. Sometimes an acquired property requires repairs, or the new owners wants to make reforms to adapt it to their needs. We can help put you in touch with professional builders, who will give you a quote for the reforms and/or repairs.

ASSISTANCE DURING THE PURCHASE PROCESS

Once the property has been located, the second step is closing the operation and signing the title deed in our name. Buying a property means taking a series of steps every buyer should know to ensure the success of the same.
